"Have you ever tried to sum up someone you know in a few words? It's though. To a man, we're a mess of contradictions, lies and wonders, and to pretend otherwise is folly. And yet I've just spend many minutes of my life trying to encapsulate Katell Quillévéré. There's biographical: French. Writer. Director. Debut. Woman. These are all right, but not right enough. The adjectives: Beguiling. Though. Wary. Weary. Engaged. Thoughtful. Again, there's nothing untrue, but it's not enough. They're all just a shade. Here's what I settled on, and it's a bit of a cheat: wholehearted."
